Originally published in the UK by Rex Collings in 1972, “Watership Down” was praised unanimously. The Daily Telegraph had said “This beautifully written and intensely moving story is the work of an extraordinary imagination.” It is no surprise then that it would spawn publications in the US and later an animated movie in 1978.

This copy is the First US Edition published in 1974.
