This copy of the third printing is signed and inscribed by the actress herself, and was acquired from the estate of a Hollywood producer. 

Format: Cloth Hardcover with 32 pages of black and white photos

Condition: Average - Shows normal wear and aging, has flaws, but otherwise in good condition. Pages 263-284 and 305-312 have minor to moderate creasing.

Dust Jacket Condition: Damaged with major defects. May or may not be functional.
